We want you to be completely satisfied with your Estelle Colored Glass purchase; however, if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our glassware, items must be returned in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the glassware in its original heirloom box and outer shipping carton, ensuring there is adequate protective padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned glassware for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
